If you prefer you can also pay for your purchase using a Wire Transfer. In this case you will receive the order only when the funds will be credit on our bank account. If making payments from non EU countries please select OUR method of payment (“Sender pays all transaction fees") otherwise we have to ask the payment of the difference between the amount requested and the amount received.

WHERE IS YOUR STORE LOCATION?

Whether you are a resident or just visiting Rome, a trip to our store is a must. Visit our shop at Via S. Caterina da Siena 59.

If you use public transport, the store is a short walk from the bus stop Largo Argentina. From the central train station “Termini” take bus 40 Castel Sant’Angelo direction or bus 64 Stazione S. Pietro direction.

The nearest subway stop is: Colosseo 15 minutes walking distance.

The shop is closed every Saturday afternoon and Sunday.

HOW CAN YOU SHIP THE GOODS?

We are proud to ship everywhere in the world. To get the best prices for all locations, we use different shipping methods, and which is best for you will depend on where you are located and on the size of your order.

We cannot be responsible for damage or loss during shipping. The case of damage or loss is extremely rare, but we will be happy to include insurance costs in the shipping quote at your request. Standard shipping quotes do not include insurance.

 

We are using courier service to ship to non EC countries. Please note that all duties and taxes must be cleared by the customer prior to the collection of goods. We cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.

No shipments can be made to APO or FPO addresses, PO Box addresses

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR TAXES AND CUSTOM DUTIES?

Private customers outside of the EU are exempt from VAT.

When purchasing goods not originated in the country you reside in, the items are subject to a customs process. Depending on the value and the type of goods imported you may expect the Carrier to ask you advance payment for Customs import duties and local VAT tax. The international transporter can deliver your goods upon the full payment of these surcharges. For information on the duties and VAT rules of your country, please enquire at your local customs office.

Private customer within the EU union will be applied prices VAT included.

If you are an EU VAT-registered business you can ask for an INTRASTAT invoice, in this case VAT is not applied and VAT identification number is required.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO RETURN?

Please get in contact with us if you have problems or if you are not satisfied with us.

Returns of non-defective items are accepted but you must be informed that:

-  shipping charges you will support to return the items are not refunded.

-  additional customs duties may apply if asked by Italian custom authorities

-  in the event of a replacement order, shipping charges to resend the parcel are the customer's responsibility.

Merchandise found to be defective may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving goods from us. In that case we do credit, replace, exchange, or repair the item returned and it must be in his original unused condition.

Before returning your goods send us an email and we will provide you all the necessary instructions.
